• You can access our registration at any time on our website.
  • Applicants will be assigned positions according to their skills, ability, work history and accreditation. 
  • Please avoid any miscommunication by going over content and making sure it’s clear and concise for the hiring manager.
  • Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You may be asked to call the hiring manager at any time to go over the registration.
  • Applicants will be expected top arrange their own transportation for shifts.
  • Volunteers will be allowed to use shuttle buses free of charge.
  • Management can also help volunteers connect with other volunteers to arrange ride shares.


  • Experience with customer service

  • Site set up crew members/Site tear down crew members

  • Shuttle bus manager, shuttle bus attendants

  • Artists drivers, games & entertainment coordinator

  • Paid compensation for regular/full-time positions
  • Some compensation can be negotiated depending on service provided
  • Single event VIP passes may be given out in exchange for 9 hour shifts worked during an event
  • Food and water will be included during shifts
